Ayvir ENK ('Ayvir', 'we', 'us') is the data controller for personal data collected in connection with our services. We are committed to processing your personal data in accordance with GDPR and Norwegian data protection legislation.

What data we collect

We collect the following personal data when you contact us or book a service:

• Name and contact details (email, phone, address)
• Property address and details relevant to the assignment
• Photos and video footage from drone inspection of your property
• Communications between you and Ayvir (email, messages)

Why we process your data

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• Fulfilment of service agreement — delivering the booked inspection and report
• Invoicing and payment follow-up
• Communication related to your booking
• Compliance with legal obligations

Storage and deletion

Photos and video footage from inspections are stored for up to 12 months after delivery, after which the material is deleted unless you request longer retention. Contact information and invoice data is retained in accordance with Norwegian bookkeeping legislation (5 years).

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data ('right to be forgotten')

• Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
